The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar on May 13, 2025, issued amendments in the Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2024.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In Sub Regulation-1 of Regulation 9 in place of the words "31st of October of succeeding financial year", the words "30th of November of succeeding financial year" shall be substituted.
• In Sub Regulation-3 of Regulation 9 in place of the words "within 15 days of expiry of preceding quarter", the words "within 30 days of expiry of preceding quarter" shall be substituted.
It shall comes into force with immediate effect.
